Our Vision

We are a 501c3 status nonprofit planning to advocate, protect, and rescue animals of all kinds. We want to help stop animal shelter killing and educate people on the dangers of climate change and harmful effects from the environment. We will function as a Animal Shelter, Sanctuary and Rescue center all in one for the local area. We will service multiple counties in the North Texas region including but not limited to: Dallas County, Tarrant County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, Collin County, and Johnson County.

Our Initiatives

Community Education

Educating the dangers of ignorant pet owners

We commit ourselves to saving animals but we also need to make sure those animals have safe owners to stay with. We will commit resources to helping people learn what animals require and what we recommend for having them have happy lives!

No-Kill Commitment

Keeping Animals Safe in captivity

Our No-Kill Commitment is to ensure everyone who entrust their animals and wildlife to us that we will not kill them for lack of space or any other reason. We pledge to let our animals live out a normal life-span without suffering.

Community Partnerships

Saving Animals from Ourselves

Through community partnerships, we hope to clear local animal shelters and animal control centers from overpopulation and euthanasia. We will take these animals and give them more time to find homes or even become permanent inhabitants of The Safe Barn Sanctuary.

Our Mission

Our mission is to save domesticated, farm, and wild animals all in one fell swoop. We will also educate people on these animals as well as how humans add to the declining diversity of wildlife.

Our Goals Outlined

#1: Lower the local stray population

#2: Lower the amount of domesticated animals being euthanized in animal shelters by enforcing a no-kill policy for all animals we take in.

#3: Help endangered animals in the wild who need either a home or rehabilitation.

#4: Educate people on what it means to be environmentally friendly and how to coexist with other animals.

#5: Help people who need to rehome their adoptees by providing either a permanent home or a temporary home.
